Gear cover made of cast aluminum, weight approx. 750 gr

Description

Very shapely gearbox cover for BMW the 2-valve. If the original air filter housing is to be omitted, e.g. to mount K&N filters on the carburetors.
A collecting container (item no. 6153) fits under this cover and can be connected directly to the overpressure valve of the motor. The two fastening screws are included.
Alternatively, a battery pack with 7.5 AH (Item No. 5749) can be installed under this cover.
This gear cover fits the “flat” original starter cover WITHOUT an air scoop. If you have an original BMW starter hood WITH air scoop, you can send it to us for exchange. We will exchange this for a “flat, original” starter cover free of charge.
