Description
The carburettors are completely dismantled, the outside of the housing covers are blasted with glass beads, and all fine threads are recut. Then all parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath with a special emulsion tailored to these materials, then washed out in distilled water, blown out with pressure, dipped in Ballistol and dried.
The resulting finish comes very close to the original. On request, the carburettors can also be polished or lightly brushed on the large surfaces.
Assembled with new seals, O-rings and screws, the basic setting is established. The function of the float needle is checked so that the carburetor does not overflow. The engine will start and synchronization can take place.
Setting instructions are included in the delivery.
Of course, we also offer all individual parts (carburetor sealing set, membranes and screw set) for restoration.
Before delivery, each pair of carburettors is attached to an engine and a test run is carried out.
