Description
The outside of the carburetor was blasted with glass beads, all fine threads cut, all parts cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, washed out in desilated water, blown out with pressure, dipped in Ballistol, dried and sealed.
Assembled with new seals, O-rings and screws and made the basic setting. The function of the float needle was checked so that the carburetor does not overflow.
The carburettors are connected to a test engine and checked for leaks. The synchronous run is discontinued. This will start the customer gate. The idling may have to be readjusted.
The number on the carburetor indicates:
E.g. 64/32/307
The constructive form of the carburetors eg 305, 307, 347…367 is the same. Only different nozzles are mounted
“64” = design of the carburetor
“32” = diameter in mm
“307” = From this you can see for which engine this carburettor was once “sprayed”. For example, nozzles for an engine with 55, 50, or 45 hp can be used
Furthermore, the odd number “7” in this case indicates that it is a carburettor for the left side of the engine
