How everything began:

Because of the high prices for spare parts from BMW, I bought an accident machine many years ago in order to get parts from it to keep my own machine. I wanted to offer the parts that were not needed again. It quickly became clear that the achievable price is higher if the parts are clean and, for example in the case of an alternator or carburetor, checked for functionality. The idea of trading in cleaned, tested parts was born.

Because not all the requested parts were always available on the market in the desired quality, I began to manufacture parts. The first parts were the exhaust cross pipes (resonance pipes). In contrast to the originals, I make these out of stainless steel. They are machined to fit on the inside and can therefore be mounted directly on the manifold connectors without a tension clamp. The next step was done: Small series with improved quality. Much of the increase in quality is due to the current state of the art. For example, we offer overhauled gears and instruments for the 2-valve. Starter hoods made of aluminum are also offered if the original air filter box is to be omitted and open intake funnels or, for example, K&N intake funnels are used. Cast aluminum gear covers have been available since September 2017. The original starter cover remains on the engine and the gearbox is covered with an elegant cover.

Many “do everything”. We have specialized in the 2-valve BMWs from R50 / 5 to R100. Our maxim is always: quality before quantity.

How it went on:

In addition to the trade in used and new parts, the restoration of carburettors, mainly BING and Dellorto, came as a specialization. In the meantime, many product improvements and additions relating to the subject of carburettors are offered. For example, gas path shortening, kink protection for the cables, open intake trumpets, gearbox cover and a manual choke cable.

The latest product, however, is the plug-in oil dipstick for BMW engines.
