Description
The outside of the carburetor was blasted with glass beads, all fine threads cut, all parts cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, washed in desilated water, blown out with pressure, dipped in Ballistol and dried. This finish comes very close to the original.
The carburettors were mounted on a test engine and checked for leaks for about 10 minutes, synchronized and idling. The function of the float and float needle was checked so that the carburetor does not overflow. The customer engine will start up and the synchronization at the customer engine can take place.
The carburettors are around 30 – 40 years old, so the outside of the housing can be a bit damaged, but it has no effect on the function.
