Very nice, polished aluminum intake funnel. Front inner diameter 50 mm (connection flange on the carburettor) Open, WITHOUT sieve. E.g. for BING carburettors type 32, 28 or 26. Attachment with 3 grub screws (offset by 120 degrees) on the flange of the carburetor of BMW 2-valve motorcycles. Very noble and high quality part! The carburettors must be retuned when using open intake funnels. Experience has shown that the main jet is a “tens number”. selected larger (e.g. at 150 the 160 etc.)
The idle jet should be chosen instead of 45, the 50. For the partial load range, the needle nozzle must also be selected one or two sizes larger. The fine tuning is done by means of the needle position of the nozzle needle.
